We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks out so we can source the right patches for your theme. Some weekends fill up fast, especially spring and summer.
The bar runs smoothly for groups of 10 to 60 guests. For larger events, we can discuss adding additional stations.
Nope. We bring everything: heat press, patches, items, and display setup. You just need a standard power outlet nearby.
Yes, with a heads-up ahead of time. Some fabrics do not take iron-on patches well. We will confirm what works before your event.
Pricing is per event, covering our travel, setup, teardown, and on-site management. We send a custom quote after your inquiry.

Most events run 2 to 3 hours. We work around your timeline. If you need us longer, extended time can be added to your package.
We serve Houston and all surrounding areas including Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, Conroe, and more. We do not travel to other cities at this time.
